The Unregretable Sin

The Unregretable Sin

Meandoring mortality smitten down upon blood strewn stone
Nocturnal nothingness barking at your heels as would an insane hound
Putting your soul in a glass tank swaying this way and that in the wash of torment
Adrift in the haze fervent in the stench of death shining an evil blaze
Forever is the judgement you've been dealt
Forever left to bleed a crimson finality one demanded by righteousness
To never be seen in sin to cage the evil within us all
A true sin it is to leave our darkness to like a beast be shackled
One demanding judement a wrath beyond mortality beyond death beyond fear
Punishment shall be swift to arrive and slow to abate
For all who upon their own evil press chains
For the only remorseful act in life is to let pass our Sin into exile

Thanks. Yours is actually the first comment I've gotten on any of my works. I appreciate the compliment.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
