    Trapped ???

    Have you ever been trapped,
    even when there are some exits.
    It is so easy to walk out  to get away,
    but staying in makes you stronger.
    Sometimes there are no windows , no doors ,
    the textured spike ceiling is smaller closer to the floor.
    So easy to walk out , to be out and free
    But here is the question, who is stronger ?
    The adversity or ME ??

    sometime its easier to walk right out that door.. but when the time is right those of us who really have some commen sense knows that its time to get up an walk... It just that we take our time but after time has passed we walk when its not good or healthy for us to stay..

    This poem truthfully places great emphasis on the concept of never giving up or giving in... staying is more powerful with a higher probability to win!!! This speaks to several situations in my life, both past a present.
