TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR

Twinkle twinkle little "star"...
When will I know, just who you are?
I looked all over, high and dry.
Where's your diamond, in my sky?
I know that the time has come.
Say your name, to me, my love...
Be my traveller in the dark,
Shine unto me, your 'lil spark,
Your love I will not forgo,
Twinkle un'to me, so that I may know.
May your love be what I keep,
As I dream of you in sleep,
Shine unto me your glowing eye
May it gleam and may it shine.
When your bright and tiny spark
light and shine on my heart ,
Twinkle, twinkle little star....
then I'll know just who you are!

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
