    Why?

Why do you think you can come in my life,
Do you realize you've caused me pain and strife.

Why do you think I still love you
After all you put me through?

Why do you think I want you in my life
Part of me wants you, and a part of me wants to fight.

Part of me wants to curl and cry,
Part of me wants to run and hide.

But your here now I have to face the facts
But it's up to me on how I want to act.

Such a great pain to draw inspiration from, but as a mother... my pain is great too! Wish I could give you a hug, sweet girl!

The last line of the poem says it all, you have answered your own question. There were a few glitches in the poem but it was still nice.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
