    Your Precious Touch

    Your Precious Touch

I long for days when we hold hands,
    Through out the quiet nights.
For days when waiting will be over,
    Our hearts then reunite.

For days that bring a tender smile,
    Upon your pretty face.
For days of loving only you,
    My heart begins to race.

For days of wanting never more,
Cause you are here with me.
To hold and squeeze next to my heart,
    For all eternity.

For days of joy and tenderness,
    Like only dreams can be.
    Like Romeo and Juliet,
But this time you and me.

My love for you is all above,
But most of all I pray.
Your love for me will be the same,
    For ever and a day.

Two hearts are joined in unity,
It may have took a while.
But God has blessed us through the years,
    It makes the angels smile.

From deep with in this lonely heart,
A man cries out for love.
For someone special just like you,
    Sent from The Lord above.

With answered prayers sent from the heart,
    And thankful as can be.
This man of yours will hold you tight,
     I promise, wait and see.

Your tender touch has given me,
A life no one can sever.
A life no other could have made,
    And last, it will forever.

Your tender touch is all I need,
    To wipe away the tears.
Though old and gray we both will be,
Still happy through all those years.

    Paulas’s touch I’m waiting for,
    To ease my tired soul.
    To hold and cherish selfishly,
    Till someday I grow old.
