    Poem Commentary

Not one of my best. Just had it on m mind. :)

    Your Welcome

    You never really thank me
For all I do for you
    You never really thank me
    For believing in you

    You never really thank me
    For helping you out
    You never really thank me
    For trusting you

    You never really thank me
    For being there
    You never really thank me
    For loving you

    So, you're welcome
Even though you never really said
    Thank You
I bet you are saying it inside

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
