Christsmas Time For Singing by Ernestine Lee
Christmas time for singing, caroling with good cheer
Time for friends, time for love bringing music to ones ear
It's time for rejoicing, for our Savior who's been born
The Son of God that came to live, on earth Christmas morn
It's time to welcome everyone, greet them with a kiss
Don't think about ole santa claus or your christmas list
Just give out lots of greetings, spread your arms with love
Our Father sent His son to us, we're blessed from above
So. lets rejoice this christmas, for the birth of our Lord
As told from Gods bible, from the book of god His word
Born to Mary His mother, He was layed in a manger there
Wrapped into swaddling cloths, for all of us to share
There was no tree with lights no gift beneath a tree
Not a home to keep Him warm, as born for you and me
So let us remember Jesus, with love and with a prayer
Give Thanks to God above, let Him know we care
It's time for rejoicing for the Son of Gods been born
He came to live here on earth, that first christmas morn
