Dreams of Flying on Angels' Wings, Chasing Storms so the Sun May Shine
I do good, every day.
Sacrificing for others,
Working so they might rest,
Crying so they might smile
I do this not for god, nor karma nor fate,
But rather because I have known true sadness and joy.
And I know, deep down to my very core, that this is all life is.
I movie, a song, a flowing painting;
A montage of the happiest and saddest moments of your life.
This is why I sacrifice every day,
this is why I smile no matter how much I want to cry.
I cannot allow suffering to spread.
The world has enough pain and darkness, I need not add to it.
I wake up in the morning and dream of being the sun
So I might chase away all but faintest of shadows from this world.
When I go to bed at night, I wish to be the angel, the guardian angel,
That can finally save this world.
