Fight the Current the Current Is Now

Fight the current the current is now

Can you hear me calling?
Crawling towards safety, place me somewhere far away from here.
It’s dark but I can see a little spark in the distance.
Showing resistance, I keep my stance.
Ready for anything, I keep my stance and try to prepare.
But who knows what's out to get me.
Just let me make a little longer.

I made it this far. Set me free.
I need some peace.
Release my rage as I tear the page out of the past to look forward.
forward is what I do.
Fight the current, swim fight to win.
I sin but only to live.
Give me the strength.
I’ll go any length, to be with my affection once again.

My reflection is dim, but my hopes still to win.
What's mine, I’ve earned it and learned it is shit, too much shit.
Being alone carrying to many stones.
moans of neediness, greed and still I proceed.
Planting seeds of life as I walk the path alone, by myself.
Searching for wealth.

No trophies have been placed on my shelf for a very long time.
Dying inside.
Badge of honor in stealth mode.
Fold the road I walk alone is cold.
No one to hold me, too proud to ask.
My task needs to be handled fast with alertness.
God hear me confess, I know I sin.
Just help me make it through this mess a little longer.
I’m sneezing, bless me.
Deceiving.
Arrest me, and the light of day will eclipse into a never ending darkness of night.
The light of day a memory, history.
Misery settling in like the Mayflower, devouring any hope of escape.
Rape my soul then throw me away.
Scarred, scared to move, falling deeper into a basket.
A basket of insanity.
Where's my pretty, I just need my pretty.
Come get me.
Let me be one with you once again.
To start a new beginning of hopes and dreams.

Streams of tears, flows like blood as the sword swipes my chest.
Take a deep breath.
There no one there.
Stare me in the eyes, find my soul it’s always had a glow of goodness.
Should this be my destiny.
Could something actually pin me to the floor?
For sure I’m not gonna let the core of my being go so easy.
Release me, or feel my fatal fury.
Hear me all.
Here I am J.B. standing tall for all to see.
You think you can beat me then step to J.B.
And I will release my rage and misery upon you.
Like a cloud of fog, leaves dew.
Do you think I have any given in me?
Surely you know I’ve climbed over too many obstacles to quit now.
I’ll plow my way through that fucking cloud of darkness.
With both fists clenched, swinging on anything before me.
For me I fight as well as for you.
i rule my path and anything before it.
You adore it, shit I tore it.
Can you afford it?
I don’t think so.
You should not work for the emptiness devoured from inside out.

Get out now.
Follow me I have no time to waste, the time is now.
I’ll try to save only the ones worth saving.
No time for games.
Get on my shoulders.
Let’s work for each other, let’s do, let’s do for each other.
The ones left behind, I pray, cry and still remember.
May they have the fight and knowledge within, to fight as I did.
Still I fight, but looking in the right direction.
Up not down.
My fight is mine.
My feet are flat on the ground, nothing no more will keep me down.

I can see, I can see.
Am I free?
Never I still feel the vibration of darkness calling me in my dreams.
But atleast the steams are no longer red.
They’re as blue as the sky.
But still I admire from a distance.
So that I never will forget this.
Remembering history is how you keep history from repeating itself,
knowledge is wealth.
Fight!

Wow this is what the world needs to hear how we all have battles to fight and we win some and lose some but its the motivation to keep moving keep fighting keep loving and to keep learning because life has many ways of teaching us how to survive but its up to us to utilize these skills and continue to grow in wisdom.. Beautifully witten and very vivid!!! Like a movie LO!!
