    For You MOM

I cry when I think of you, as I sit all alone.
Wondering if you are really in heaven watching over me.

The more I sit in pitty, the more the sadness increases.
I know I did all I could to try to help you out.

Though I know in my heart I did all I could,
I still feel inside I could have done more.

How much more? I have no idea.
I spent all my time doing as you wished.

I made sure you had your medicine.I kept you clean and fed.
I stayed with you when you cried, and I helped to dry all your tears.

You were my MOM and I wanted to take care of you.
So that's what I did until the day you left us.

Do I regret it? Not for a second.
Would I do it over again? For you MOM, in a heartbeat.

Even to this day there isn't anything I wouldn't do.
I loved you MOM and I still do!!

Dedicated to Bonnie Lee Fingar!! The best mom in the world!!
    I love you!

Damn wow, this brought me to tears. Sounds like you did everything you could to help her. Of course doubt and self relfection is there, a very natural and common process. I'm sorry to hear she passed away, i'm sure she is in heaven watching over you.

Thankyou..I wrote that poem with alot of emotion and I still can't read it fully to this day without crying. I like to hear that you think she is up there watching over me..I feel the same way!

This was again very touching. A mothers love is like no other and you did a good joy showing this, keep up the good work.

Thankyou. My mom and I were very close, she always has been and always will be my hero even though she is no longer with us anymore. Thanks..Natasha

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
