    Poem Commentary

    It takes alot of time and understanding, and trust to gain a close Friendship with someone. AS I appraoch a time in my life of complete uncertainity.  I realize one thing.......  Our Friends are one of our most precious assets.....

    Friends are there to heal the wounds
    To pull you outof saddened tunes
    To brighten up your cloudy skies
    To clear up fictious lies
    Friends are there with open arms
    To comfort you and block the harms
    To keep your secrets hidden away
    To entertain you when you want to play
    Friends are there, smile or tear
    Friends are there, happiness or fear
    Friends are fun and Friends are clever
    And the ties that bind Friends will last forever...

    I have a friend like that. She has cancer now, again. I wrote one called Kindred Spirits you might like. Great piece about true friendship! Write on...
