Happy Ever After

Happy Ever After

Here on this moon lit night I sit wondering
if my chance for happiness has passed me by

No one will I find everlasting happiness with
and my heart breaks as I begin to cry

A voice inside my head speaks, "my child why the tears"
you know I have not left you alone and hurting
I have not left you once through the years

I relize now my chance did not flee
and my worries all didn't matter

For with my Lord right here with me
I have found happiness ever after
