Absolute Charm

(A Tribute To A Great Race Horse)

Yourself no one could ever possess
Your courage was put to the test
Your body will now be laid to rest
You are running in reat races yet

Your heart they could not take away
My thoughts of you come each day
Your charm over took us all in a way
Now you run in great places everyday

Someday I will see you again
In my heart you will stay until then
I will remember with fondness of the days that had been
When we will run in great races again

With us as a team we won four
It seemed each time we run we would score
But those times are gone now they'll be no more
When at last I'll see you as I reach heaven's door
And great races we'll run once more.
