    Rely On The Lord

     I know God will prevail
    and it will be done to His accord
    He will hold me firm in His hands
    without fail

    So I will rely on the Lord

    He sent His Son and on the cross
    He was nailed
    and my sins were forgiven
    God gave His word
    So His name on my lips
    will forever be hailed

    And I will rely on the Lord

    Each day that passes it seems
    like an eternity
    If only to my Savior I could be
    led towards
    For Him to mend my broken heart
    for me

    I will forever rely on the Lord
