Flipping and swirling in the air,
She doesnt know why,
Why she is there,
But she's spinning higher and higher up into the sky,
Losing all control,
But now she can fly,

Is she dreaming, is she dreaming,
How did she get so high,
But it doesnt matter to her because now she can fly,
She feels no more pain in her joints or her limbs,
She's woundering now if this is where heaven begins,

She does not know if shes alive or if she is dead,
All she can remmember is lying in her hospital bed,
Waiting for her last moments of life to be lived,
So she can use her strength for one last smile,
One last smile to give,

Can you remmember her,
Can you remmeber her name,
I remmember her,
I knew her from first grade,
I remmeber when she first started this fight,
Fighting this cancer with all her might,
Never for a moment asking for sympathy,
Just living life full with each moment,
I couldnt imagin if it was me,

But her fight, her fight,
It inspires me,
Because of her I will become all that I can be,
Ill use all that God gave me,
My loving heart,
I will stop this world from falling apart,
I will live, really live from this moment on,
And I will never forget, never forget my friend who is gone.
