How Many Days
How many nights must I lay awake -?
Feeling this pain with each breath that I take.
How many days must my heart be haunted -
By the shadow of your love that I once thought I wanted?
How many lies must one man tell –
Before he puts a woman’s soul through hell?
How many tears can one woman cry –?
Before no more can be shed from her eyes?
How many dreams of revenge must I dream –?
Before I am forced to make them real –
just to hear you scream?
And –
Whose name will you call –?
When I have the blood dripping from your balls?
And –
How many lies will you tell then?
Will you say you still love me?
Or just want to be friends?
And –
Will you know that my love is real –?
When I kill you slowly – just for the thrill?
And –
I bet you think this song is a riddle
One written just for you –
And –
I bet you think you have it figured out …
Well if you do – then you’re still a fool.
Beause I am the one writing it
And –
I don’t have a clue!
