If I Could.....
I was asked to write a poem about how I feel
So I came up with this and to me is very real
If I could have one wish I would change the world
Try and make everything better for all the little boys and girls
I wonder what the world has come to, why all the strife?
If I could I would make it a hard not life
We let love slip through our fingertips, we need to grab hold again
I think we should retrace our steps from where it all began
If I could get those people's voices heard I would; to help others
understand.
People getting lost in the midst of destruction, only needs a helping
hand.
All the mondy in the world means nothing without people to share it with
So if I had it I would atleast buy families a place for them to sit!
Starving kids all over the world without any parents or a home
Is forced to grow up in a world so cold and all alone
I wish I could take awasy their pain and shield them from the hurt
So that why I wrote this poem to try and open people's eyes and keep them alert
So I came up with this and to me is very real
