    Memories

Open your eyes and just see what is all around,
Screaming silently into the blinding heart of lies wings are bound.
    Crying into the flight,
    Broken for the night.
    Emptiness cannot be filled,
By happiness that has been killed.
    With your bitter fairy tales,
Your thoughts only lined with false truths that turned stale.
Fake promises only you could abide,
Next harsh words wanting everyone else to die inside.
Stop the world and make everyone see,
That only you, of course, can be the one suffering.
    Pathetic and hopeless, made stumble,
Falling over again you lay and crumble.
With your rants and your waves,
    Rumples in your caves.
    Make it stop with ignorance,
Only to wish for that invisible road to acceptance.

wow! nothing needs to be said here. great emotions shown

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
