    ~Ready to feel~

     I remember you Lisa, from a time of long ago!
    when you where more than just a memory, that of a  long forgotton ghost!
    A time when we were bonded by two rings of trusting gold!It feels like a dream that might have really happened oh so many years ago!
    Its where I drop in on my history and can't let go, to a time when we were young an life was all new, and shiney and not to bold!
    A time before our life together, became unglued! A time before mine had turned so many shades of blue!
    A time before the gray, found its place within my hair!
    A time before my tears ran like rivers on the lines on my face, that I now am forced wear!
    Do you remember that time when we were both so very young,
    When life was fresh, an the hands of time would not try to make us done!
    A time when we where once best of friends, a time 
    when I knew my children knew me before I had been turned out of their door!
    I still do remember your face for some kind of unforgettable reason!
    Etched deep inside where my heart beats, for some crazy reason!
    I know that today you wouldn't even recognize me,
    or turn to say hello if I walked in front of you in your way!
    But I still remember you from a time long, long ago!
    when you were once mine and I thought,
    that together we would watch each grow old!
    I will always remember your love, an your beautiful grace!
    For you were my first Love, the one I will alway remember,
    for the remainder of my days!
