settling into dreams

settling into dreams

settling into dreams
quietly dropping the curtains
to hold back the daylight
opening all the doors
to let in the night sky
and the light of heaven's stars
the shadowy beams of inspired vision
slowly fill an awaiting vessel
carefully emptied
to receive the message
pure and holy
blazing suns cry out
golden tears
toward this corner of the sky
where clouds hide the radiance
of the joyful truth
the abundance
sits and waits
for the echoes to subside
we shout at the mountain's precipice
demanding the miracle of granted wishes

I'm not sure what u was thinking whtn u took that pic it is very intence the poem is great

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
