    • Enjoying my reality yet I'm still a dreamer

    Severance

    That last smile
    That last embrace
    That last sigh
    That fleeting glance
    That brief touch and turn
The realization of what it's always been
And sadly what it will be
    Surprising mirrored perceptions
During a continuous exchange of breath
    A pause...
    For just a moment...we had a moment
    A nameless thought
From an unacknowleged brief point in time
Like a whisper to a deaf ear
    With the likely possibilty of
    Never being seen or heard
    Again

A blunt and painfully clear look at the last look back. It moves me because of situation in my own life. Very nice, I always love reading your work because there is always passion in it. Well Done!
