SUICIDE

SUICIDE

Have you ever wondered why people commit suicide?
Did they regret?
Did they ever cry?
If a note was not left, you will never know why?

Suicide defined as taking a life
Not from another but ones self in strife
Suicide is seen as a cowardly scheme
To give up on life without self esteem

But suicide is committed everyday
By people you don't realize pass your way
You can kill yourself and not even know
You can kill yourself as obstacles grow

Wrong decisions can lead the way
To a life which is dead where you cannot stray
You find yourself on your knees one day
Praying to God that here you will stay

We walk the earth for this is true
But are we alive or dead in all that we do
Suicide is not just cutting a vein
Or hanging yourself or dying in vain

You commit suicide when felt life's not worth living
For life live without love is not worth giving
A cold hearted person is not worth the game
A mean cruel soul is not worth the gain

If you commit suicide I will not attend
For life is worth living I will not pretend
That you were a person who was dear to me
For into your foolishness I will foresee

People commit suicide everyday
Not knowing, not caring in any kind of way
People live without any kind of souls
Don't care; there's no dread
They don't realize
They're the walking 'Dead'
