The Chase
You've showered me with words of love and affection,
And continued pursuit despite my rejections,
Are you genuine about the things that you say you felt,
Or am I just another notch to place on your belt,
Can you see me the same as you do today,
When my looks have diminished and faded away,
In sickness, health and through all the pain,
Will your love for me remain the same,
You've finally convinced me to give to you,
All of me, now what will you do?
