    There's something in this

    Late in this night
    here with pain flourishing
    sunlight so long awaited
    knowledge and fear as one

Beauty in this torure is not lost
mind intact to a body stripped and shriveled
blood has washed over this floor like a sea
poison is a release from a clear mind

Hands once so fragile are now riveted with scars and wounds
bones formerly hidden in flesh now openly seen
a voice once revered now broken and grating
sorrow has been forgotten as hope has vanished before us

Chains that hang so heavily on wrists bound
limp weight where strength is no longer found
darkness hides the impurities until the moonlight shines upon us once more
whispers so loud in silence overbearing

Light forthcoming and duty bound to loyalties and oaths
those light voices grow ever darker in minds so far gone
footsteps so loud, booming in our ears and thoughts
resonating in silence are words we wish to forget

Living is your torture, we will never allow you to die........Suffering and pain are your new happiness and virtues.
