TWILIGHT’S IMPRINT
Life is full of surprises
Magical experiences
That’s what people are saying
People, at times, are dreaming
I am not an exception
In this kind of perception
And hoping that one day
I’ll be loved all the way
Then the time has come
For me to meet someone
Expectations reserved
I guess that’s what I’ve learned
And now, there you are
At the door and not far
Surprised with what I’m seeing
But I’ll keep on believing
Conversation started
As we walk I’m delighted
I can’t help myself to smile
Hope to hold you for a while
You’re sitting here next to me
Star struck, I think I’ll be
My smile is still not fading
And some words, I start lacking
Very simple, very genuine
I can’t help but imagine
Disciplined and health conscious
Making you more mysterious
Your smile and your face
Nobody can replace
Is this “Twilight’s Imprint”?
A feeling so extinct
Point of views revealed
You’re so strong-willed
You’ve said I’m close-minded
With you, I’m single-minded
Thank you for the great chance
And have my one last glance
I will never forget you
And I’ll always admire you
