Life is filled with a new light
It is the difference between day and night
During the day
She is right beside me to stay
During the night
With her around
It is just as if day light
With her, there are no questions or fears
I know she will always be here
She spoils me rotten
That is something I have gotten
Only once before
It came at a price, that is for sure
The price with her
My love and happiness
Nothing more
There is only one word I can say
AMAZING
As I lay here a gazing
Pondering
Wondering
How can I deserve this dream
As it may seem
Please don't wake me
Leave this, as it may be
As I lay watching her sleep
Not making a peep
Not wishing to let one moment slip by
Wiping another tear from my eye
She is my best friend
That is all that was originally planned
I honestly hope for more
That's for sure
As usual, my hopes get shot down
Laying there, lifeless amongst the ground
Not with her
She picks them up
Dusts them off
Doctors them up
Now with her here
They are to soar
Higher than ever before
She is a one of a kind
She is the only thought in mind
She is top of the line
