    Uttered Rubbish 2

Day's light keeps them at bay
But as dark dawns, naught keeps them away
Brandishing false bravery, I stand to face
Armed with emotions, my fear I erase

    My enemies skillfully merciless
    My quickest jab they best
Beaten and bloody, cowardly I run
Praying to bring up both hope and sun

    Sweat and tears lavishly mingle
Heavily heaving in twos, not single
Metal on metal, metal on flesh
Sullied and cracked, the shield and mesh

    No goddess to intercede
No hero, for me, to plead
    My soul upturned to sky
My world to crumble 'n fly

    Falling savagely sweet into night
I have no stealth just death in sight
    All rude realities ringingly emerge
As to hell, on horse, I surge
