    “To my beloved penguin…”

When I first set my eyes on you, I felt something new. Why art thou in Antarctic and I’m in the Pacific? Why art thou my dear peng peng in Philip zoo and I’m in Manila zoo? Oh! My darling peng peng, I want to be hug by you. I want to cuddle you also. To be covered with your black and white suit is what I dreamed of. Oh! My darling peng peng… I want to there next to you… Call me crazy, call me blind, But I know what I really felt for you. My dear and adorable peng peng come home, I want to spend my life with you

A beautiful way to express the longing of a distant love. A love that crosses oceans. Using the penguin as a symbol of your loved one is very creative. Another great write and enjoyable read!

I once saw a photo of penguins posted by my boss during her vacation in the U.S. When i saw it, wow! I was really inspired to write a poem for them. After that, they laughed at me..but,when i re-read it, unknowingly, i wrote this for someone dear to me...

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
