CYCLE OF KINDNESS
Ondoy, you woke up the kindness of every man.
With your unstoppable flew,
Hundreds of lives go,
With your unexpected blew, we gnaw.
Witnessing the aftermath of your wrath,
Touches our selfish hearts.
Asking ourselves is this how you buckle us
Or to make us poignant?
Through this plight,
Hand in hand we selflessly give.
Not thinking of our race and our popularity
As long as we truly share.
With your ruthless might;
We relinquish the thirst of others,
We feed those who hunger,
We partake our love and spread the cycle of kindness.
