    Another Year for Me!:)

    On a Sabbath day,

    You bestowed the first born of the family.

    My first cry made everybody happy.

    I became Granny’s favorite baby.


    Two decades and six

    I wonder In this world.

    Few  places I travelled

    Still enjoying God’s wonderful works.

     

    A day I caught myself in melancholy,

    Realized this  heavy burdens  I carry…

    I did not asked You to take it away,

    But beg you to guide my way.

     

    Your wisdom I seek,

    And make  me  meek.

    Your discernment I need,

    To surpass  this ordeal.


    Thank God for granting me another year,.

    A joyful day to celebrate my birth.

    Your every words are my shield,

    Hopeful to reach next day of the year.
