    Ascent from Perdition

    Ascent from Perdition

When I met her, in that very moment in time marked the beggining of my ascent from perdition.

The love she has shown me has calmed the beast within, she saved me from my own devices.

Heaven is not clouds in the sky or streets paved with gold, no heaven is clothed in the skin of my love.

Unknown to her my life depends on her breath, heartbeat, touch and smell.

Without her I would wither away to nothing.

Never did I feel that I could be caught in mid fall, but her love and devotion cause my heart and hopes to soar.

She is my love , my life, the one.......the reason for my ascent from perdition.

A very sweet tribute to the one you love. I enjoyed reading it :) Kool
