Love just as a rose comes in many different types and ranges from subtle to overwhelming

A rose's root system helps nourish the plant , too with love you need to be firmly grounded so as to offer a rich fertile ground for love to blossom and grow

Love takes time and caring attention you cannot cultivate love through neglect and carelessness neither will a rose mature to its full potential if treated in the same manner.

The stalk of the rose is a busy highway providing support and nourishment so the rose can stand tall and beautiful, too love needs a system of support or it shall fail.

Love has many layers that develop over time, only when love has truley matured can you see all the layers , thus when the rose has reached maturity , only then can you see the multitude of layered petals.

And too just as the rose loses its petals prematurely and slowly dies due to stresses and maltreatment, Love too can wither away and die.

Whether it be red, yellow, white or whatever color  you choose let someone know that you love them, let your symbol of love be a rose because love is a rose
