    Butterfly

           Wing's of colored velveteen
            whisper on the gentle breeze
            butterfly's, so seldom seen
          over Meadows through the trees

On golden beams of sunlight fair
          dance they in naked wonder
          from crimson colored petals bare
            drink they of natures plunder

Scarce their day's are numbered few
though the years of man may vary
gaze did I this awesome view
now in my heart I carry
