    Bye

I thought it was my words and verbs that made you choose me,
But once I let you use me it started to confuse me.
Now these gray clouds consume me,
You wanna try again like I been dead you wanna exhume me.
Well excuse me but when it was just you and me,
It was only blue I'd see.
Now you say you worry you might lose me,
    But that will never be.
This is brighter than anything I was ever able to see.
You made me realize we could never be.
So don't think you will ever lose me,
It feels as though you've already tossed me.
Hours and nights of sleep it cost me,
When I had already loved you, you had already lost me.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
