    Faith

Faith is something that you feel,
You can't touch it but that makes it no less real.

Faith is shown when you don't understand, yet you still believe,
And for this many blessings you will recieve.

I want your anger and pain for what you don't understand,
For even as you rage at me your taking my helping hand.

You feel that your anger shows your faith in me is lacking,
You feel you should just accept things, but instead you are attacking.

Lessons can't be learned by taking without question,
Knowledge comes from release and I can handle your aggression.

Even when your mad and scream at me in pain,
Your prayers will be answered and there are no questions asked in vain.

For even in your anger its for my truths you so long,
And that shows your faith in me always and forever strong.

Sounds like an intense relationship where faith and trust are at issue. If you have the faith of a mustard seed (which is one of the smallest seeds) you can move mountains, including those found in relationships. A nice read for me. a lot said in a short space.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes it was about an intense relationship, my relationship with God. At the time when I wrote this I was very angry with him for things in my past. I was just beginning to understand what true faith is. When I finished writing this and went back to reread it, it seemed as if it came from somewhere other than myself. I have written many more in the same fashion. I have come to understand this as automatic writing, I'm basically the vehicle for the message that is being sent. I'm very thankful for it! :)

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
