    • Posted a new poem first time is a few years check it out its a draft as of right now ill fix the spelling and stuff when I have time

    ..Forever..
    So i just sit here stuck afraid to risk reality
    Afraid to cause my self more pain to face insanity
    But nothing ventured Nothing gained
    I see my fear's my cage
    I beg for help but im alone stuck in a helpless rage

    What could i do?
    What could i say?
    Nothing seems right to me

    Why am i here?
    Why do i try?
    The tears blur my eye's to where I can barely see
    Im slowly geting over what you put me through
    The pain still dwells deep inside me

    I don't show my feelings anymore
    But i still cry every night
    I wish that you were still here..to hold me tight
    Forever..i shall sleep alone
    Forever..Such a lonley word..
    When all other words are gone..
    Forever..is my burdon first..
    Forever..i shall know that i will never see your face again
    Forever..i will bare the burdon
    Forever..i'll feel you within
    Forever..i will be alone
    Forever..i will miss your laugh
    Forever..We should have been together
    But Forever never lasts..

    i read plenty of your poems im not saying anything about this but ra, you know what it means use your feelings they create a much more intense view of your own reality

    Angel Did you want suggestions? I read the first 3 parts. I see you are grieving but the writing really doesn't tell me much about the grief because it's all abstracts with no concretes. So it leaves me without emotion as a poem. I could offer you ways to improve it if you would like. But I don't know how open you are to constructive criticism. To me poetry is far more that just emotional abstracts. Your poems sound more like a letter to a friend. I could share a poem with you I wrote about a si

    so sad that you feel like you lost this person forever. If you are a Christian , and they are too , you will be with them forever in 'Heaven" that is our hope in death there is no sting 10

    I think that its wonderful when you can express the grief you are feeling. I have found that that helps a lot. Now that I am much older, and have learned more, I find it easier to acknowledge the present reality, then more quickly shift my focus on what I desire, rather than remaining wallowing in the pain, I used to wallow in -for too long- before. I too am a Taurus. It seems that we Tauruses hold on to pain longer.
