    • Been very busy lately. Hope to get past some huge obstacles soon so that I can focus on some writing and spiritual renewal I desparately long for.

    In Spirit And In Truth

If I had no eyes to see
    Hope would be my light
    Faith would be my way
    Love would be my guide
My heart would seek The Face of God and I would understand
In Spirit and in Truth we shall understand.
If I had no ears to hear
    Knowledge would be my teacher
    Wisdom would be my counselor
    Truth would be my reason
My heart would hear His still small Voice, and I would understand
In Spirit and in Truth we shall understand.
If I had no tongue to speak
    Humility would be my voice
    Dance would be my praise
Joy and sorrow would sing my songs
And GOD would understand; for GOD is Spirit
and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and In Truth
    And we shall understand. Amen.

Wow! I am speechless beyond belief! You have manage to inflict reflection upon the reader instantly. I felt as if though, I was struck by the divine hand of God! Wonderfully written poem! Indeed, you have blessed me! Thank you!

Thanks for sharing your insight and encouragement. I had always hoped that my poetry would indeed be a blessing to others. I am not a religious person, and churches frighten me for the sake of those young in spirit. My poetry is a reflection of my spiritual journey, which I hope will accomplish itself as a beacon in these dark times. It is apparent to me that you are greatly gifted with eloquence and enjoy writing. Never let your passion fade; keep the fire burning and hold it high for others to see.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
