this is a letter to all my poets, emptying my heart line for line
i have thoughts in my heart, leaving all other things a step behind...
i felt this needed, just something not just wrote but i do share
i need to let some things go, i need my fellow poets to know i care...
i am on this site to share with fellow poets this gift i knew i was given
there's plenty of time to learn from past mistakes, just keep on living...
some of my poetry you understand, some you have a question or two
definitely more then willing to give answers, some that are overdue...
keep your hearts place, treat others like you definitely wanna be treated
keep your head up, stay positive and fight and you won't be defeated...
i received privately a message, it made me think but why feel that way
i don't know of other people's heart, but i do know what i am to say...
most of you don't know me, all you know is maybe some things of me
not asking for anything, not looking for nothing, just one to love me...
don't knock me but just try me,
you can shop but you can't buy me...
that message i received from someone that felt like i once before
but i ask you to don't feel that way, love gonna come thru that door...
feel me fellow poets, know the pain and learn from it and move on
let that pain be a stepping stone and let it step until it's all gone...
