    loneliness

    love wasn't meant for me.
every time i think i have it
    i throw it away
    love wasn't meant for me.
just when i think it's mine
all i want to do is run
    love wasn't meant for me
    every time it comes around
    i close the door
    love wasn't meant to be
    i feel your sorrow
    but alone i must be.
