Nature's Song

NATURE' S SONG

There is a song riding on the air

no mortal ear can hear,

washing clean the newborn sun

in fragrances sincere.

The music of the elements

rushing through the skies,

capturing all within its pulse

as the Earth she sighs.

Awakening her subjects

with the rising morning light,

upon nature's dewy chords

a symphonies delight.

Trees at solemn worship

dance before the sun,

expressing love in breezy currents.

stirring in movement, one.

With single thought their flowing praises

thrills their Earthly queen,

as with the ocean's rhythm

she answers each requiem.

 Ah! Such silent music

upon the Earth gods play,

nourishing our senses

on throughout the day.

They create for our pleasure

but we seem not to hear,

the notes floating in our souls

escape out inner ears.

Oh sweet natured lady

sing a song to please,

let the sound of your love

put my heart at ease.

You're the White-Fire Rose.

a nightingale in my soul,

singing love songs that heal

making my spirit whole.

"There is a song riding on the air no mortal ear can hear," your spiritual thoughts show that perhaps we can, if only we open our eyes and see, and unblock our ears and listen. there are so many excellent lines in this poem. wonderful write Whiteraven. another perfect choice for P.O.E.T.S.

this is really amazing I enjoyed every line. I loved it

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
