    one more day

Sometimes it takes all my breath

    just to move

    but i focus

    on the sun rising

    and so

    i rise

i put that picture in front of me

    and i keep moving

if i make it till the sun sets

i know that i made it

    through one more day

    one day at a time

When life gets to be to much just look up the beauty there should set you free i agree one day at a time Marie

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
