time to let them go
i remember when you said that you place no one before me
then she came after a while and u started to ignore me
you had a face, but at times i couldnt see your light
many spoken words u worte but many songs u sanged at night
i never wanted anybody else to touch me
we made each other feel safe but never free
the skies were ours if we only wanted it
but we was to busy riding just because of the love of it
noone could tell me no different
you were like a miracle
but also my co-dependant
more then a drug u could release my pain
never tried drugs but my tears were your rain
how could someone trash your whole life
at times i was more than just your wife
i gave u plenty but never enough
through the good times
sometimes you got ruff
thinkin you wanted kids so i gave you my life
now i dont even see u wheres my pride?
life brings many mysteries
i used to wish for many days
now i just study yourr history
i was your first love and
now your gone
saying goodbye is more than a casket
its my life thats gone
then she came after a while and u started to ignore me
you had a face, but at times i couldnt see your light
many spoken words u worte but many songs u sanged at night
i never wanted anybody else to touch me
we made each other feel safe but never free
the skies were ours if we only wanted it
but we was to busy riding just because of the love of it
noone could tell me no different
you were like a miracle
but also my co-dependant
more then a drug u could release my pain
never tried drugs but my tears were your rain
how could someone trash your whole life
at times i was more than just your wife
i gave u plenty but never enough
through the good times
sometimes you got ruff
thinkin you wanted kids so i gave you my life
now i dont even see u wheres my pride?

now your gone
saying goodbye is more than a casket
its my life thats gone
