WISDOM
When the Universe a lesson prepares to impart to some
Hapless soul,
It doesn’t just send to the person’s door a wise old man with a pole.
But the teacher, having received indication that it is time to come,
In the most inconspicuous manner then arrives.
For it is not self aggrandizement on which he or she thrives.
When the teacher imparts a lesson to the student,
It is in a manner deemed most effective and prudent,
And typically it is by example,
And the student will likely not know he or she is getting a sample
Of the benevolence of the Universe in action,
Without regard for short term satisfaction.
When a student in this manner receives a lesson from the teacher,
Never the same as listening to a preacher,
Immediately not knowing he or she is being taught,
At some other point in time becoming distraught,
Finally desperate for any solution,
He or she arrives at the incredible realization.
In the vast expanse of time and space,
It is wise to remember that all things have their time and place,
And with all its infinite wisdom,
The Universe never creates the wrong outcome.
