    Here comes the Carnivores
    I want to live and see the day, I am a prisoner,
    Here comes the carnivores,
    I need to see the day she comes to me,
    Working with a shroud over me I cannot see,
    I am so alone as i can't find my anger,
    Brings it all back home to me, I am a prisoner,
    Working so hard is killing me, I want to see the day,
    Lies and aggression rule my days,
    Here comes the carnivores,
    The heats about to kill me, It's over a hundred,
    I'm losing this race, I'm losing my manhood,
    Losing my mind, I am a prisoner,
    I see my future living in fear, I know more in life, I know you,
    Hiding all day as if i am a prisoner,
    I cover the ground far from home,
    I hear things that make no sense,
    I need to bring myself down, Instead,
    Of running with this pack, Like children,
    I want to see the day,
    They come for me,
    Here comes the carnivores.

    this seems like the jury duty i just had to endure. im sure the metaphors and analogies are something else all together, but just the fact that words are so illusive and allows me to make my own story out of it is an excellent thought out poem. great job
