I find peace
in late nights
and early mornings
when the world
exists only to me
and the few insomniacs
who can’t avoid it.

- Oh yeah. I hear that . And I know what you mean, but I know some of those sleepless times are when I can create, or when I am even scared. Short and well put.

- Another interesting poem,very well written.I think that we all need times and places where we can find peace.My times of finding peace are when I am writing or when I go to one of the state parks and sit on a rocky ledge looking down at the beautiful landscape all around me.At those moments I feel more connected to God than ever and in tune with all of nature.
