I Seldom
About my heart I seldom speak of.
He’s in my heart framed well.
The one I seek my only love.
He is where my soul shall dwell.
The blood that runs within me deep,
And the tears that pour out cheer.
He is with me when I sleep.
He is always close and near.
About my pain I seldom speak,
I would rather be a mute instead.
For with the pain, I get so weak.
It is better left unsaid.
The blood that runs an everlasting flow,
It bears my love inside.
A meeting of soul to soul,
He is the happy tears I’ve cried.
What hurts me most I seldom say.
But love is usually impaired.
For pain and tears are price to pay!
But most important are memories shared.
About my love I must imply,
He is the only love I know.
My heart shall keep him ‘til I die.
I shall never let him go.
I love him and love him so.
