INSANE
JAGGED EDGED SWORDS, FILL MY BRAIN,
SUCH IS THE LIFE OF THE INSANE.
DIGGING THROUGH THE CELLAR, OF THE POET KING
I FOUND A PASSAGE, TO THE GOLDEN RING,
AS I REACHED THE OTHER SIDE,
I PASSED A MORTAL, WHO HAD DIED.
THE STENCH EVOKES, A NEED TO CRY,
AS THE WORM ROLLS OUT, ANOTHER EYE.
STEP BY STEP, I TRAVEL ON,
KNOWING MY LIFE, WOULD SOON BE GONE.
THE PAIN IN MY HEAD SWELLS, AS I PROCEED,
BLOOD CURDLING SCREAMS,OF THE DEMON SEED.
MUST I STOP BEFORE WE MEET,
OR WILL MY SPIRIT, HE SOON EAT.
WITH A FLASH, THE FOUL ONE APPEARS,
THE BLOOD DRIPS, FROM HIS DEFORMED EARS.
THE VOICE OF ANGELS, I SEEM TO HEAR,
BECKONS THE THOUGHT, THAT DEATH LOOMS NEAR.
FROZEN WITH TERROR, I CAN MOVE NO MORE,
HE TEARS MY FLESH, TO THE CORE.
ASCENDING OVER , MY LIFELESS BEING,
WAS MY SOUL, AS IT WAS FLEEING.
LOOKING BACK, I CAN SEE,
A SAVAGE BEAST, STANDING OVER ME.
ONLY THE BODY, WAS LEFT BEHIND,
I MADE IT OUT,AND I AM FINE.
NOW I DWELL, IN THE SPIRIT REALM,
AND I SEE GOD ,AT THE HELM.
OH HELLO NURSE JILL,
IS IT TIME AGAIN FOR MY PILL????
SUCH IS THE LIFE OF THE INSANE.
DIGGING THROUGH THE CELLAR, OF THE POET KING
I FOUND A PASSAGE, TO THE GOLDEN RING,
AS I REACHED THE OTHER SIDE,
