    images from the garden while enjoying a cup of coffee

    my garden bench

    plopped upon my garden bench
    his circus performers abound

    hairy tails flip here and there
    dancing aloft a wire so wee
    no net do I see

    she's so strong, teeth no less
    not so many uncle's do I see

    a dagger throws a sticky tongue
    makes for yucky swallows

    while cooling her toes
    a rhythm all her own

    such a pretty tattoo
    her mate not for me

    cooing love songs
    lovers flirting all a aloft

    dancing rites passed so long ago
    a music all there own

    red baron dives an obstacle course
    poor mrs. beetle now all alone

    talons all a flare dog spinning a loft
    amidst screams she's mine go away

    one last sip the coffee now cold
    Father I tip my hat oh such a show

    What a fantastical live show right there before you...the best part, no saw dust or peanut shells! lol Terrific write! I loved it!

    you see the dance of life i see every day . I live near the desert and when nature wakes up she is one beautiful lady . Thank you for writing what i see Marie

    a bow like any other, joy could not come

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
