Once Again
Sometimes I dream of you,
The days we once had.
Sometimes waking up happy,
Most of the time waking up sad.
Then laying a alone,
Listening to the wind.
I'm sure that one day,
I might see you again.
Always will be a part of me,
In some strange and eerie way.
When one of us was meant to go,
While the other had to stay.
I can still see your face,
Though it is so far from here.
Some how touch your smile,
Through the rain and the falling tears.
Don't know much about Heaven,
Don't know much about Hell.
What ever is to come,
I guess only time will tell.
There by the river,
Drawing pictures in the sand.
Will be one of us,
With a stretched out waiting hand.
As I'm still awake at night,
I always see your face.
I still touch your smile,
Wipe away the tear's trace.
I will wait patiently,
For you to return home.
To make my life complete,
Underneath this marble stone.
The days we once had.
Sometimes waking up happy,
Most of the time waking up sad.
Then laying a alone,
Listening to the wind.
I'm sure that one day,
I might see you again.
Always will be a part of me,
In some strange and eerie way.
When one of us was meant to go,
While the other had to stay.
I can still see your face,
Though it is so far from here.
Some how touch your smile,
Through the rain and the falling tears.
Don't know much about Heaven,
Don't know much about Hell.
What ever is to come,
I guess only time will tell.
There by the river,
Drawing pictures in the sand.
Will be one of us,
With a stretched out waiting hand.
As I'm still awake at night,
I always see your face.
I still touch your smile,
Wipe away the tear's trace.
I will wait patiently,
For you to return home.
To make my life complete,
Underneath this marble stone.
