    Tell It

Would you tell If you was stressing?
Some would sing like American Idol
Depression will have you thinking suicidal
Confessing depression it comes in stages
Like a good book with so many pages
First You feel like there’s no place to go
Waiting for the wind to blow
To take you to a far off land
    Everyone needs a helping hand
Next you think about all the wrong
You sit in your room playing sad, sad songs
So many names but it’s all the same
You don’t want to play this dangerous game
I been there once or twice
Some people pay the ultimate price
    Wake-up this aint no test
If your depressed you need to confess
